Services Description

Iconic Bake Art provides custom baking services including but not limited to wedding cakes, celebration cakes, pastries, and dessert catering for events in the Los Angeles area.

Order Terms

All custom orders require a minimum 72-hour notice. Wedding cakes require 2-4 weeks advance booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order date.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Delivery Terms

Delivery is available within 25 miles of our Los Angeles location. Delivery fees apply based on distance. Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Iconic Bake Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
